The Role The PDR Technician / Auto Hailer at Tricolor Auto will use industry-specific hand tools to work dents in metal body panels back to their original stamping.
The PDR Technician's primary objective is to perform excellent quality repairs without the additional need for traditional bodywork or paint.

What will you be doing at Tricolor? Responsible for inspection and services of paintless dent repair during our reconditioning process.
Disassemble/reassemble certain areas of a vehicle, including, but not limited to:
hoods, trunk lids, exterior trim, and interior trim.
Restoring hail damaged vehicles back to their original condition.
Repair minor and major dents and door dings.
Perform cosmetic services such as blocking, body filler, crease repair, and plastic repair.
Complete moderate bodywork, rebuild body lines, stud welding, wheel, and rim repair.
Inspect the vehicle for dent repairs as needed.
Perform paintless dent repair services on vehicles as needed.
Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned.
Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized.

3 to 5 years of paint and body experience 2
years of experience as PDR Technician Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
